Love, Lies, and Lemon Pie hooks you from page one! How fun and unique is staying picnics? That is such an adorable start to this book. Mila is so sweet you just want to jump in and be her friend right away. There is so much chemistry right from the start with Mila and Cam that it had me smiling like I was the one crushing. They have easily become two of my favorite characters in the Blueberry Point series.
The storyline was great, characters were amazing with so much individual personality. How hard Mila worked to get what she needed an wanted was inspirational. Love, Lies, and Lemon Pie just makes me so happy and just brings me back to feeling like home in this series. I always have a hard time putting down any book by D.E. Malone and this one was no exception, I often caught myself smiling probably too big for someone reading a book (and knew my husband would have been laughing about it had he been home haha).
Blueberry Pointe Romance series is beautiful, enjoyable, and filled with easy read sweet romances. This series is a perfect one to pick up and enjoy on a nice cozy weekend/week. Ideal for vacations, holiday vacations, or even just to enjoy during any downtime you have. They are hard to put down and keep you dreaming through every moment and word. Author D.E. Malone has really blown me away with this series, and it just keeps getting better and better. Love, Lies and Lemon Pie is a lovely addition to the series with beautiful books covers and even more beautiful storylines. Reading the Blueberry Point series is like experience love for the first time, over and over. You fall in love while reading and smile a little wider, even a few days later.

If you haven't read the other books in this series, I HIGHLY recommend them as well. Each can be read on their own, but they have fun little ties each time and may have some mild spoilers if you don't read them in order (but mostly stuff you could figure out from a book blurb). So go ahead and read this one, as well as the previous ones in Blueberry Pointe.*
